Animal welfare is very important to us. That is why we only work with manufacturers that produce vegan and cruelty-free products.

Are the eyelash extensions dermatologically tested?
The skin compatibility of our products has been dermatologically confirmed. In addition, our products are checked by the relevant authorities.

Can I use the eyelash extensions during pregnancy and breastfeeding?
The ingredients in our products all comply with EU cosmetic regulations and are considered skin-friendly. Nevertheless, we recommend that pregnant and breastfeeding customers consult their doctor or midwife just to be on the safe side.

Are the eyelash extensions waterproof?
Cold water is not a problem. However, you should be a little careful with warm water. After the lashes have gotten wet, simply let them air dry and press them together again with the applicator. The SEAL THE DEAL top coat seals the lash glue and makes your lash extensions more water-resistant.

What do I need to look out for with facial care?
The lash glue is oil-soluble - therefore, you should avoid oil-based products in your daily facial care and when removing makeup. For creams and oils, you can simply avoid the area around the lash extensions.

How long do the eyelash extensions last?
You can wear the eyelash extensions for 5-7 days.

When is the best time to apply the eyelash extensions?
We recommend applying the eyelash extensions in the morning so that the lash glue has time to dry thoroughly throughout the day. During this time, the lashes should also not get wet.

Can I reuse the lashes?
We do not recommend reusing the lashes. After wearing them for up to a week, it is healthier and more hygienic for your own lashes to use a new pair. Furthermore, the eyelash extensions would no longer look as fresh and fluffy on a second application.

Do the eyelash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No. The health of your natural lashes is particularly important to us. That is why we do not use aggressive lash glue. You can remove our glue very gently with our LET IT GO remover without tearing out or damaging your own lashes. Feel free to also use our lash serum for extra care.

How do I take care of my eyelash extensions?
Your eyelash extensions do not require any special care. You can brush out makeup residue with our PRIME TIME primer and a spoolie. For hygienic reasons, we recommend that you do not wear the eyelash extensions for longer than a week so as not to impair lash growth.

Can I also use the eyelash extensions if I wear contact lenses?
Even if you wear contact lenses, you can easily apply and use the eyelash extensions. Many of our customers are contact lens wearers and get along very well with the lashes.

How long will one pack last me?
The large box contains 5 pairs of lashes, one pair per week + an extra pair in case something goes wrong. One pack therefore corresponds to one month of lash extensions.
