Are the lashes made of animal hair?
No, all our products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We currently ship to Germany, all of the EU, and Switzerland. Our international customers can order at girlgotlashes.com and our Swiss customers can order at girlgotlashes.ch.
How much are shipping costs?
Within Germany, there are no shipping charges for orders over €20. For orders to other EU countries, shipping is free for orders over €60. Additionally, we offer free shipping to Switzerland on orders over 60 CHF. For orders below these values, the shipping costs are €4.90 within Germany, €6.90 in the EU and CHF 6.90 in Switzerland.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is 2-4 working days within Germany and Switzerland and 2-8 working days for orders to other EU countries. Next day delivery is available with zenrush Premium in Germany, provided your order is received before the time window shown on the product page expires. The scheduled delivery day is displayed in the checkout.
Can orders be returned?
As these are hygiene products, we can only accept returned items that are unused and in their original packing.
What can I do if I have problems with the delivery of my order?
Please contact our customer service immediately at info@girlgotlashes.de. For lost or damaged packages of a zenrush order, we only have 7 days to file a claim with our shipping service provider.
Can I return the goods?
As these are hygiene articles, we can only accept returns that are unused and in their original packaging.
What should I look out for in facial care?
The lash glue is oil-soluble, which is why you should avoid using products containing oil in your daily facial care routine and when removing make-up. When using creams and oils, you can simply avoid the area around the lash extensions.
How long will one pack last me?
The large box contains 5 pairs of lashes, one pair per week + an extra pair in case something goes wrong. One pack will therefore last you one month!
How long do the lash extensions last?
Our lash extensions last for 5-7 days.
When is the best time to apply lash extensions?
We recommend applying lash extensions in the morning so that the lash glue has time to dry throughout the day. Don't get your lashes wet during drying time.
How do I remove the lash extensions?
After 5-7 days, you can remove your lash extensions quickly and gently with our LET IT GO Remover. Apply the remover liquid under and over your lash extensions and leave it on for a short time (20-30 seconds will do the trick). Gently brush the lash extensions off your lashes or gently push them down with your fingers. Once you have removed your lash extensions, you can easily comb out the adhesive residue from your own lashes using the fine micro-brush.
Can I reuse the lash extensions?
We do not recommend that you reuse the lashes. After wearing them for up to a week, it's healthier and more hygienic for your natural lashes to use fresh extensions. Also, opting for a fresh set guarantees a fluffy and fabulous result!
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
No. We prioritize the health of your natural lashes. That's why our lash glue is non-aggressive. You can gently remove our glue with our LET IT GO Remover without tearing off or damaging your own lashes. You can also use an eyelash serum for extra TLC.
How do I care for my natural lashes?
Give your natural lashes a little break every now and then and apply some coconut oil overnight with an eyelash brush. For some added TLC, can also use a lash serum, which you apply like eyeliner. Check out our blog for more tips and tricks, and follow us on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
How do I care for my eyelash extensions?
GirlGotLashes lash extensions require zero special care! You can simply comb them with an eyelash brush/spoolie in the morning after getting up. For hygiene reasons, we recommend that you don't wear the lash extensions for longer than a week, so as not to impair eyelash growth.
Can I wear the lash extensions if I wear contact lenses?
Even if you wear contact lenses, you can apply and use our lash extensions without any problems. Our PRO Lash Glue is non-irritating and doesn't omit any vapor. Many of our customers wear contact lenses and get along very well with our range.
Are the lash extensions waterproof?
Cold water isn't a problem. However, you should be careful with warm water. If your lashes get wet, simply allow them to air dry and press them back together with the applicator or your fingers. Our SEAL THE DEAL Top Coat seals the lash glue and makes your lash extensions even more water-resistant.
