How can I return my GirlGotLashes order ?
We're sorry to hear that you'd like to return your package or part of it. According to EU law, you have 14 days from the day of delivery to return your order for a refund. To expedite the process, please follow the steps below:
1. Print our return form and include it with your package, ensuring it's filled out and signed. If you can't print the form, you can provide the necessary information on a handwritten note.
2. Ship the package to the following address:

3. We recommend using insured shipping with the shipping company of your choice.
4. Once we receive your return, we will check and process it. The order value will be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide free return labels.
Please note that returns and refunds are not possible if the products have been used, damaged, or if the hygiene seal has been opened after delivery.
