Creative Assistant to Founder (Content, Design & Visuals) (m/f/d)

Location: Grünwald near Munich // not a purely remote job

What this is really about

I'm not looking for a traditional social media or marketing role.

I'm looking for a creative extension of myself - someone who is confident in design, can work independently and take a noticeable load off my shoulders in everyday life.

This position is not a training position, nor is it a space to learn design or tools first.

You should already have experience in graphic design, content design or a comparable creative field and be confident in using common tools.

You work directly with me as the founder of GirlGotLashes and take on many of the creative tasks that I currently do myself.


Your tasks

  • Independent creation of content plans for Instagram & TikTok

  • Design of graphics, visuals and social assets

  • Image creation with AI (product images, mood & campaign visuals)

  • In-house product photography of our beauty products

  • Image editing, retouching & simple composings

  • Support with product visuals, mock-ups & packaging designs

  • Creative input for new products, launches & campaigns

  • Implementing clear ideas - and thinking along with open tasks

 

In short, you take on many of the creative tasks that I currently do myself.

 

What you should bring with you

 

  • Experience in graphic design, content design or a comparable creative field

  • Confident handling of design software (e.g. Canva and Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator or similar)

  • A very good visual understanding of aesthetics, colors, typography & visual language

  • Experience in the creation of social content & visuals

  • Structured, independent way of working

  • The ability to carry out tasks independently, without close supervision

 


What you will not do

  • No performance marketing

  • No ads

  • No KPI reports

  • No complicated analyses

  • No agency structures

 

This role is creative, practical and implementation-oriented - not analytical.
