Your tasks:
🚀 Marketing strategy & brand building
- You will develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to optimally position our brand
- Expanding our brand awareness in the digital and stationary trade.
- Identification of new market trends and growth opportunities.
📊 Performance Marketing & Growth
- Development, control and optimization of paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok etc.) to generate traffic, sustainably increase conversions and sales.
- Budget responsibility and performance-driven optimization of marketing expenditure.
- A/B testing and data-driven campaign optimization.
- Collaboration with agencies and external partners for maximum scaling.
📱 Content & Social Media
- Development and implementation of a social media strategy that
inspires and engages our community.
- Management of content production for Instagram, TikTok,
Pinterest & Co.
- Development of influencer and creator collaborations for
organic growth.
- Develop viral campaigns and innovative formats that
Generate attention.
💌 E-mail, CRM & Retention Marketing
- Development of a personalized email marketing strategy
for customer loyalty.
- Management of retention and loyalty campaigns for
Maximization of customer lifetime value (CLV).
- Development and optimization of marketing automation workflows
(e.g. welcome series, shopping cart abandonment, upselling).
📈 Data analysis & reporting
- Continuous analysis of marketing performance across all
across channels.
- Creation of reports and data-driven
Recommendations for action.
- Derivation of optimization measures based on KPIs.
👥 Team leadership & collaboration
- Management, coaching and further development of the marketing
Teams.
- Close cooperation with Design, Sales, Product development & management for implementation a successful marketing strategy.
- Efficient management of external partners & service providers.
What you bring with you
✔ Completed studies in the field of marketing, digital business, communication, business administration or similar.
✔ Several years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in the e-commerce or D2C environment.
✔ Proven success in the scaling of paid ads Campaigns, performance marketing and social media marketing.
✔ In-depth experience in SEO, conversion optimization and data-driven marketing strategy.
✔ Completed studies in the field of marketing, digital Business, communication, business administration or similar.
✔ Several years of professional experience in digital marketing, ideally in the e-commerce or D2C environment.
✔ Proven success in the scaling of paid ads Campaigns, performance marketing and social media Marketing.
✔ In-depth experience in SEO, conversion optimization and data-driven marketing strategy.
✔ A strategic mindset combined with hands-on mentality, creativity and strength of implementation.
✔ Experience in building and leading a team, with strong communication and leadership skills.
✔ Analytical skills to make data-driven decisions and to optimize marketing measures.
✔ Fluent spoken and written German and English.
