Do you want to look after our key accounts in retail, optimize operational processes and ensure that our bestsellers are reliably on the shelves? Then you've come to the right place!

Your tasks:

📦 Supporting our retail partners (e.g. B. dm, Rossmann) and ensuring smooth account management.
🤝 Interface between logistics, sales, marketing and product development - you coordinate and manage all relevant processes.
📊 Analyzing sell-in/sell-out data, deriving recommendations for action and monitoring the performance of our products in retail.
📋 Creation of listing documents, reports and presentations as well as support with annual meetings.
🚛 Management of internal logistics and cooperation with external partners to ensure efficient flows of goods and optimum availability.

What you bring with you:

✔ Experience in key account management or sales support - ideally in the FMCG or e-commerce sector.
✔ Basic knowledge of logistics (e.g. e.g. shipping processes, supply chains, forecasting) and a good understanding of figures.
✔ Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working.
✔ Confident manner in dealing with customers and business partners.
✔ Confident handling of Excel, ERP systems and CRM tools if necessary.
✔ Fluent German and good English skills.
