Yes, all of our products are vegan and cruelty-free.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to Austria, and we look forward to being able to deliver to Switzerland shortly. Additionally, the store for all other EU countries is currently under development over on girlgotlashes.com. Watch this space!
How long does delivery take?
The delivery time is between 2-4 working days within Germany and 2-8 working days to European countries.
Can I return my items?
We can only accept returns for unused and unopened hygiene items in their original packaging.
How many lash extensions are in a pack?
Each pack contains 5 pairs of lashes: one pair per week + an extra pair for backup! One pack covers your lash needs for an entire month.
How long do lash extensions last?
With proper care and application, each pair of lashes last 5-7 days. Dive into our Tutorials section for more detailed info.
Are the lash extensions reusable?
We advise against reusing your lashes. For optimal hygiene and the health of your natural lashes, we recommend opting for a new pair after a week. Plus, the extensions won't look as fluffy and fabulous on the second use.
Will lash extensions damage my natural lashes?
Absolutely not! We prioritize the health of your natural lashes and have created a gentle lash glue intentionally. Our glue can be easily removed with coconut oil without causing any harm to your natural lashes.
How do I care for my lash extensions?
Caring for your natural lashes is a breeze. A gentle comb-through with an eyelash brush or a spoolie in the morning is all it takes! For hygiene and lash growth, we advise against wearing your extensions for more than a week. Treat your natural lashes to the occasional break, applying coconut oil with a spoolie for a nourishing overnight treatment. You can find more tips and tricks over on our blog.
How long does the lash glue last?
Once opened, our lash glue lasts for 3 months. To prevent it drying out, promptly replace the cap after each use.
